Electric tricycle maintenance precautions

The maintenance of the whole electric tricycle includes checking whether all the screws and nuts of the whole car are firm, whether the control performance is good, whether the tires need to be replaced, whether the mechanical system is in good condition, whether the battery capacity is up to standard, and the brushed motor is repaired once a year. The specific maintenance content is as follows:
1. Fully debug the whole vehicle, check whether there is any hidden trouble in the electrical control circuit, and whether there is any damage to the electrical connection line, and if there is any, it should be eliminated on the spot;
2. Adjust the front and rear brakes to ensure that the brakes are flexible and reliable;
3. Whether the steering of the handlebar is reliable, and whether there is a phenomenon that the handlebar and the front fork slide against each other;
4. Regularly check the battery (once a month in summer, and once every 2-3 months in winter) to see if the liquid level of the battery is below the marking line. If the polar plate is exposed, it is necessary to replenish distilled water in time. (Be careful not to add acid, because the concentration of the electrolyte has been adjusted according to the proportion of each battery when it leaves the factory. Adding acid will destroy the existing pH balance, cause corrosion of the plates, and affect the service life of the battery.
5. Pay attention to add gear oil to the rear axle gearbox when using it for the first time, and then regularly check the rear axle gearbox for oil leakage, damaged gaskets, and lack of lubricating oil, replace the gaskets in time, and replenish lubricating oil.
6. The gearbox, motor sprocket, and chain are regularly lubricated. If the wear is serious, they should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the use.
7. Tighten the bolts of the whole vehicle regularly to check whether they are loose or falling off, and apply anti-rust liquid appropriately to avoid difficulties in maintenance due to rust on the screws.
8. The whole vehicle is cleaned and wiped clean.
